'Tis the season to be greedy and miserable as sin.

What is it about this time of year that manages to turn most people into sneering, raging grinch's....People walk around supermarkets and shops with faces like slapped arses, ready to snap at anybody for anything, no matter how petty. Arguments over the last bag of parsnips, or the last trifle at the supermarket, are sure to be common place. What ever happened to festive spirit and goodwill to all men. If anything this season brings out the absolute worst in everyone.

Also this time of year manages to bring out everyone's greedy side. People stock up on the most ridiculous amount of food, that they would never manage to eat over the rest of the year, let alone the festive period. Trolleys stacked full of enough food to feed a starving third world country, and yet the same people will be back shopping on boxing day; (yes most shops are now open on boxing day, might as well just not bother closing for christmas day anymore), stocking up on even more food, you would think the apocalypse was coming, or that these people were never going to be able to buy food again,

So this year why not have a smile for your fellow man, and only stock up on things you actually need, enough of this senseless greediness. Enjoy your holiday season.
